Speeding
Clicking, clacking,
Children chattering.
STOMP! STOMP! STOMP!
As they rock climb up the rough brown boards.
Scuttling, crawling through the tunnel.
Flying, gliding, drifting, swinging across the bars like monkeys swinging through the trees.
Running, dodging, bustling, swerving.
Speeding.

That was the Beach
Remember when...
You were lying on your red swimmer's beach towel
listening to the water lapping gently against the rocks.
Watching squawking seagulls swooping and diving for fish.
A salty breeze drifted gently past your nose as it cooled your skin,
which was sticky from the melted sunblock you had plastered over your lazy limbs.
Your tongue licked your lips, tasting the saltiness of the sea.
That was the beach!

BB War
Bang! The BB bullet zoomed out as fast as a roaring rocket. I was at a Father and Son camp and we were having a BB war. My team started first and... click! I pulled the trigger, it slammed straight through the air and hit someone. We had to zoom as fast as a roaring racer to escape. Soon it became a thumping war with screaming terror. I did some diagonal dodging, some super side steps and I raced far with the plastic flag but...
"Bang, you're dead!" said cousin Cameron with his gun but he didn't really shoot me it was because he was close so I had to drop the flag. But, luckily my friend Matthew's dad had the flag and as he raced back as fast as a racing runner from the Olympics he said "I've got the flag, I've got the flag, I've got the flag, hahaha!" After that he slammed the flag down. But then cousin Cameron came and said, "You cheated and took the flag away!"

Awesome Sounds and Smells
I love the sounds and smells of,
Huge waves crashing into the grainy sand
Sizzling sausages on the rusty, old BBQ
Cricket balls suddenly being whacked
Fresh, chocolate muffins in my lunchbox
Wheels from skateboards screeching in the bowl
Awesome sounds and smells!

Autumn
Fuchsia, golden, rusty brown, lime green leaves scattered everywhere.
The cold breezy wind chills on my pale face.
A colourful blanket lies sleepily on the frosty ground.
The autumn leaves float soundlessly in the air like butterflies.
New leaves appear happily swaying in the breeze.
